We provide FREE written quotes and estimates. To provide the most accurate quote or estimate we will endeavour to conduct a site visit or may ask for photographs or video. Based on the type of work you require we will provide you with a free quote or estimate of the costs to complete the task including materials, labour and certification subject to our terms and conditions.
A quote is where we provide you with a fixed price to complete the job. It includes materials, labour, certification and VAT where applicable (subject to our terms and conditions)
An estimate is where we provide an approximate price to complete the job which may change. We provide estimates where the job may be more complicated, its not possible to provide an accurate quote or work will take place over a protracted period of time.
The following standard rates apply where a written quote or estimate has NOT been provided. Standard rates are applicable Monday - Friday 0800-1600 unless otherwise agreed.
This is the minimum charge for up to the first hour on site excluding any materials and includes VAT.
This is for every hour after the initial first hour rounded to every 1/2 hour, excluding any materials and includes VAT.
The following costs apply where a written quote or estimate has NOT been provided. These rates are applicable Monday - Friday 1600-0800, weekends and Bank holidays.
